1. Our Core Privacy Philosophy

At Toolio (developed by FlowAnchorLabs), privacy is an architectural property, not merely marketing language.

Whenever technically possible, operations are performed entirely inside your browser using native Web APIs such as Canvas, OffscreenCanvas, and client-side memory.

The Client-Side Guarantee:

You drop a file → your browser decodes, transforms, and encodes it → you download the result. The contents of your files never travel across the internet to our servers.

2. Information We Never Collect

  • We do not upload or store your images or PDF files.
  • We do not read, inspect, or retain the contents of your documents.
  • We do not train artificial intelligence models on your files.
  • We do not sell or share your data with data brokers or marketers.

3. Anonymous Telemetry & Analytics

We may utilize privacy-focused, cookie-free web metrics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) solely to measure aggregated operational health:

  • Page visit counts and general referrers
  • Aggregated error counts to catch browser compatibility bugs
  • Aggregate tool usage (e.g. how many times Image Resizer was launched)

This operational telemetry never contains file names, image previews, or personal identifiers.

4. Local Storage

Toolio uses browser localStorage solely to remember your interface preferences, specifically your choice of Light or Dark mode.
